I.M.Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy was the first institution in Russia to begin higher education nursing training.
Higher Nursing Training Faculty was established in I.M.Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in compliance with order of USSR Ministry of Health N 159 of 17.06.91 and speciality “Nursing” was included in the list of specialties of higher education institutions according the order of USSR State Committee on National Education N13 of 28.06.91 .
The specialists are trained at the faculty on specialty 040600 “Nursing” and on successful completion of the academic program receive the State Diploma and are awarded with the degree of Manager.
Entrance requirements:
Diploma of High medical school on specialties “Nurcing”, “Accoucheur”, “Medical attendant”.
Training duration : 4 years for internal training, 5 years for training by correspondence.
