The Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy has the facilities to be the biggest medical and pharmaceutical school in Russia. 20 buildings for study, the Academician Clinical campus of 19 diverse clinics with more than 3000 bed accommodation capacity:

Many chairs of MMA function on the basis of research centres and institutes. Among them there are:

Annually 45000 out-patients and 30000 in-patiens are admitted in Medical faculty clinics, with about 3500 major operations and 1250 deliveries.

Moscow City Hospitals No – 7, 20, 23, 33, 61, 63, 67, Veterans` Hospital № 2, Infectious Diseases Hospital № 2; 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 11th, 14th maternity houses with 1000 Medical faculty residents also supply the practical experience essential to support the theory of different cases provided in lectures.

The stomatological & maxilla-facial surgery clinic of MMA has 70 beds (adult patients), department of hyperbaric oxygenation and intensive care unit. The operative bloc consists of three operative rooms. The clinic is equipped with latest diagnostic and medical technology. All clinics of stomatological faculty can give highly qualified medical help and develop new effective methods of treatment including appliance of laser in dental practice.

The MMA collaborates on contractual terms with therapeutic, surgical, facial-surgical, stomatological and preventive-treatment institutes of Ministry of Health and Academy of Medical Sciences, city hospitals, maternity houses, dental clinics. The Pharmaceutical faculty collaborates on contractual terms with Research Pharmacological institute of Academy of Medical Sciences, All-Russian Research Institute of medical plants, pharmaceutical companies “Akrichin” and “Ferrein”, chemical and pharmaceutical institutes

The fundamental library, the Pharmaceutical faculty library, scientific and medical libraries of the Departments contain medical and special books, CD`s, journals. The fundamental library provides modern medical and other textbooks – total amount about three million volumes (learning – more than 2 000 000, scientific and other books), medical and other special journals of 883 issues.

The Botanical garden, museums of Human Anatomy department, Pathology and Morphology museums, Skin and Venerial Diseases museum, Museum of the History of Medicine are the important part of teaching process.
